COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF THE EFFECT OF ADDITIVE SYNTHESIS TECHNOLOGIES ON THE NUMBER AND SIZE OF PORES IN THE PRODUCT
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
A comparative analysis of samples porosity, synthesized from powder and wire is given. A higher efficiency of wire additive technologies, the implementation of which results in a significantly smaller pore size with reduced volume occupied by them, is shown. It is concluded that the use of layer-wise compaction or periodic undular strainer-hardening allows for achieving, at least 2 times, size loss of pores and 3 times reduction in the number of them, compared to the synthesis of wire products using the same method in similar most rational modes.
