Abstract (English):
Today, organizations face various risks, and any of them can threaten the success of the organization and ultimately lead to a decrease in value for stakeholders. Well-managed organizations have always paid attention to risk management, but this has usually occurred on a point-by-point basis depending on the impact on a particular area of management. As organizations become more complex and serve global markets, management's task is to understand how different organizational units are connected and interact with each other and, in identifying the risks that link multiple organizational units. Instead of managing risks in many individual sectors, enterprise risk management (RMP) uses a comprehensive and holistic approach to the risks faced by the organization.
