INVESTIGATION OF OUTPUT PARAMETERS OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE MILLING OF TITANIUM ALLOYS VT20 AND VT22

Abstract (English):
This work is devoted to the study of the output parameters of milling processing by controlling the cutting modes based on cutting forces, roughness, power consumption on the example of processing titanium alloys W 20 and W 22, in order to find the optimal modes for maximum performance. The research was carried out at a modern CNC milling processing center using high-performance milling cutters with replaceable plates.
