Abstract (English):
The article shows results of experimental data processing of research of influence of geometrical characteristics of the tool on cutting force when cutting helical grooves on the inner surface of the cylindrical shell, a plan orthogonal Central composite plan of the experiment, the calculated regression coefficients, the regression equation, assess the adequacy of the model, the character of the influence of interaction parameters of cutting speed, magnitude, rake angle and depth of processing on the axial cutting force, graphs of the dependence of the axial force per tool tooth on the geometric characteristics of the tool and the cutting speed are constructed.
