Abstract (English):
According to the transient characteristic and tabulated values of thermal resistances for high-frequency impulse voltage converters LM 2676, a thermoelectric model was obtained in the form of a Foster circuit, in which the electrical transient process coincides numerically with the transient thermal characteristic. With the help of the obtained thermoelectric model, the process of temperature change with a short-term increase in load and power loss is investigated.
