Abstract (English):
Basic principles of a thermoplastic method in preparation of cutter disc operation are stated. Restrictions and fields of the method efficient use connected with the formation of permissible residual stresses in a tool body are shown. The computation results of permissible temperatures in uneven heating are shown. The application efficiency of theoretical methods offered for temperature conditions computation at a thermoplastic preparation of sawing discs with variable thickness is substantiated.
