Communication of a classical statistical method of an assessment of geometry of rough surfaces and fractal approach is shown. Procedures of modeling of fractal surfaces are described. Adequacy of models to real surfaces is checked on the spectral density and the offered criterion of adequacy. The communication between deformation of microroughness and loading giving a full picture of an elasto-plastic condition of a spot of contact at the set rapprochement is received.
