DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE FOR AUTOMATING THE DESIGN OF A MOBILE INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The study objective is to develop software for automating the design of a mobile industrial robot. With the rapid development of robotics and production automation technologies, the creation of convenient and effective tools for designing and modeling such systems is becoming necessary to accelerate the development and optimization of processes. The task to which the paper is devoted is to develop and implement a software platform that allows automating the development of designs for mobile robots, taking into account the requirements for maneuverability, load capacity, and operating conditions at production facilities. The research methods include the use of modern programming languages, approaches to modeling of robots, as well as optimization algorithms for selecting the parameters of the designed robot. The paper also discusses artificial intelligence methods for analyzing possible solutions and recommendations for choosing the optimal configuration of the robot. The novelty of the work is in the proposal of a new system that integrates various aspects of robot design into one software product, with the ability to automatically adapt design solutions depending on the tasks set. The research results include the development of a software prototype that significantly simplifies the design process of mobile robots, reducing time and resource costs, and improving the quality of ready-made solutions. Conclusions: the development and implementation of software for automating the design of mobile industrial robots opens up new opportunities for accelerated and efficient development of robotic systems, which contributes to improving production processes and increasing the competitiveness of companies at the market.
