An approach considering additive methods as synergic techniques ensuring self-organization of surface phenomena is offered. On the basis of the approach the energy sources and material for the techniques of layered synthesis of products are chosen. The thickness stabilization of layers formed is connected with the processes of surface phenomena self-organization and design peculiarities of parts.
