HARDENING OF THE SURFACE LAYER OF RODS HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS FOR MINING EQUIPMENT ELECTROSPARK ALLOYING
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article presents an analysis of methods for strengthening the surface layer of machine parts, and considers the method of electric spark alloying (EIL). An experimental study was conducted; the dependences of the chemical composition of the coating, roughness, and microhardness on the frequency of electrode vibration and voltage modes were obtained.

Keywords:
operational properties, surface plastic deformation, electric spark alloying, surface layer hardening, technological heredity
