MODELING OF FRACTAL PHOTONIC CRYSTALS OBTAINED ON A FRACTAL DIFFRACTION GRID

Abstract (English):
To describe the distribution of light intensity and the analysis of the fractal geometry of regular and irregular fractals used in optoelectronic devices, fractal distributions of radiation intensity are presented depending on the location and order of generation of fractals. In this paper, numerical simulation of diffraction of radiation passing regular and irregular geometric fractals is presented and 3D models of spatial photonic crystals formed on the basis of the experimental data obtained are constructed for the first time.
