The paper considers the system of targeted training and its impact on the work organization in the State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Metro". The paper also informs about the change in the system of targeted training in Russia, in the transport complex, and as a result, the change in the system of recruitment and retention of trained highly qualified personnel in a transport enterprise.
