Privedeny rezul'taty termodinamicheskogo analiza vliyaniya nachal'noy temperatury rasplava na povyshenie adiabaticheskoy temperatury siste-my pri obrazovanii fazy karbida titana v hode realizacii processa samorasprostranyayuschegosya vysokotemperaturnogo sinteza. Vyyavleno, chto optimal'nyy temperaturnyy diapazon dlya formirovaniya keramicheskoy fazy ul'tradispersnogo razmera sostavlyaet 700…900 °S.
