METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF PLANNING THE CONSUMER QUALITY OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT USING THE EXAMPLE OF FREIGHT TRAIN
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
Railway rolling stock for the transportation of goods is a complex technical system with a hierarchical structure that defines the external links of the technical system and its elements. The hierarchical structure of a technical system defines the hierarchical structure of the consumer quality of a technical system, which establishes, in addition to external connections, internal links between consumer properties, their indicators and norms for indicators of both the technical system as a whole and its elements. The hierarchical structure of the consumer quality of a technical system is the methodological basis of planning the system consumer quality.
