The solution of the fundamental problem which is directed to the development of the system for the complex control of arctic territories is offered. Basic approaches to their research are described. It is established that the actualization of the Arctic information is a basis of decision making for the effective monitoring territories, restoration of bioproductivity and biovariety. Basic problems in the control of the arctic territory metasystem are revealed. The analysis of the integration of various means to obtain surface data is carried out. The approaches to the increase of expedition activity effectiveness for field investigation carrying out in the Arctic Zone are represented. There is offered a development of intelligent information media on basis of bioindication data.
