Abstract (English):
Obsuzhdaetsya markovskaya model' slozhnoy samoorganizuyuscheysya socio-ekologo-ekonomicheskoy sistemy, kotoraya rassmatrivaetsya kak edinoe celoe i harakterizuetsya sostoyaniyami Si. Perehody iz odnogo sostoyaniya v drugoe (Si → Sj) proishodyat pod deystviem potokov sobytiy (informacionnyh potokov). Na osnove postroennogo razmechennogo grafa sistemy sostavlyayutsya uravneniya Kolmogorova. Rassmatrivaetsya odin iz voz-mozhnyh markovskih processov - odnorodnyy ergodicheskiy sluchaynyy process. Delaetsya vyvod o tom, chto, izmenyaya znacheniya intensivnosti informacionnyh potokov (λij, λji), mozhno ocenivat' veroyatnosti sostoyaniy Ri(t).
