The feasibility is shown and necessity's substan-tiation of logistics for organization activity is given. The general explanation of the essence of logistic process is offered, the system concept in relation to logistics is explained; the logistics role in economy and in organization activity is analyzed. Importance of the integrated logistic management (LM), applications of the analysis of the general expenses, measurements of logistic process results is emphasized. LM is a part of process in chains of deliveries during which the effec-tive and productive flow of goods is implemented and controlled, including their stocks, service and transfer of the information form a place of origin up to a place of consuming with the purpose of the fullest satisfac-tion of inquiries of consumers. In recent years the ef-fective LM is recognized as a key element necessary for increasing profitability and indices of company activities reflecting their competitiveness. The logistics in itself forms a certain system; in the form of a net-work with interdependent types of activity, which pur-pose is operational management of a flow of materials and workers inside the logistics channel (logistics channel). Logistics allows to support high dynamics and movement of a large number of economic opera-tions and transactions, i.e. appears as an important type of activity promoting sales actually of all goods and services.
