Статья посвящена проблеме негативного влияния человеческого фактора при выгрузке нефтепродуктов из железнодорожных цистерн на сливных эстакадах. Эмпирическим методом исследованы частота и причины ошибок персонала на действующем участке выгрузки, предложено техническое решение, способствующее повышению компетенции существующих и ускорению адаптации вновь поступающих сотрудников. Актуальность обусловлена повсеместным внедрением на предприятиях цифровых решений для обучения сотрудников безопасным методам ведения работ в условиях постоянных кадровых перестановок и ужесточения требований безопасности. Научная новизна состоит в следующем: разработке алгоритма симуляции, воспроизводящего не только стандартные операции, но и учитывающего распространенные ошибки персонала при выгрузке нефтепродуктов, установленных эмпирическим методом; проработке функциональных возможностей с упором на детальное ознакомление пользователя с эксплуатируемым оборудованием. Теоретическая значимость заключается в разработке цифрового инструмента, способствующего ускоренному и эффективному пониманию ключевых положений безаварийного ведения работ, основанных на исследовании адаптации человека в производственной среде. Практическая значимость определяется возможностью внедрения программной обучающей платформы в производственные процессы выгрузки опасных грузов, в том числе нефтепродуктов, из железнодорожных цистерн на всей территории Российской Федерации в связи с идентичностью характера выполняемых операций.
The paper is devoted to the problem of negative influence of the human factor when unloading petroleum products out of railway tanks on oil cargo piers. The frequency and causes of staff errors at the current unloading site are studied empirically, and a technical solution is proposed that would enhance the competence of existing employees and accelerate the adaptation of incoming employees. The relevance is due to the widespread introduction of digital solutions at enterprises to train employees safely in the conditions of constant personnel changes and stricter security requirements. The scientific novelty is in the following: development of a simulation algorithm that reproduces not only standard operations, but also takes into account common errors of personnel when unloading oil products, found empirically; study of functional possibilities with an emphasis on detailed examination of the user with the equipment in use. Theoretical significance is in the development of a digital tool that facilitates an accelerated and effective understanding of the key provisions of trouble-free work based on the study of human adaptation in the industrial environment. Practical significance is determined by the possibility of introducing a software training platform into the production processes of unloading dangerous goods, including petroleum products, out of railway tanks throughout the Russian Federation due to the identity of the operations performed.
